Jonah will usually take a decent nap in his high chair, Sad I know, but at least he is getting some rest.
Zach had a brilliant idea to put Jonah's crib mattress on the florr so he would feel like he was sleeping in a bed, like ours. It worked great until Jonah fell off the mattress and was wandering around the house.
Yesterday, after many failed attempts to put Jonah down, Zach stepped in to give it a shot. After about five minutes, i heard Jonah laughing. I came in his room and found this.
I'm glad the crib didn't break! You can tell Jonah was very confused.
But, it hasn't all been bad. Kelley came home from New York.
Dressed like a New Yorker. Supposedly, every girl wears cat woman pants in New York.
Jonah isn't too sick to fix our key hole.
Or get his chores done every day.

At least your difficult times make for an interesting blog. I like how you told a story with photos. Hope he gets better soon, so you can enjoy Thanksgiving with the family.
Caitlin, you have some good pictures posted here. Zach looks really comfortable in Jonah's crib. Kelley looks funny in those weird pants and Jonah looks too good for being sick. I hope he gets better real soon. Caitlin, please eat good.
Here's an idea. Put his crib mattress on the floor, make his room safe and then shut the door. If he can open the door, put one of those child safety things on the doorknob. Then his room becomes like a big crib. We are doing this with Luke and it is working out really well. I know Jonah is really young, but hey maybe he'd like it.
I LOVE all the pictures... even the one of me with jonah. this was such a funny blog!
When you said not too sick to "do chores" I was laughing so hard very cute LOL
