Emma

Emma is now a TWO year old!
She is a busybody!
Also in the past few weeks her vocabulary has really taken off. The main thing she does is mimic me. If Micah is crying I'll say "Oh Micah, it's ok. Oh Micah." and Emma says (as she strokes Micah's head) "Oh Midah, Oh Midah. Oday Midah."
She especially copies Jonah! It was soo hilarious the first time I heard Emma say (in a very dramatic way) "OH.    MY.     DOSH. " Just like Jonah.
She is still hard to understand but we love that she is finally able to communicate to us her needs and it definitely makes it fun for Jonah to play with Emma now that she can kind of talk.

Emma loves:
-Toy Story dolls mainly her Jesse doll
- To Draw and paint!!!
- She is very attached to her purple doll with the glowing heart. Which I have Zach's mom to thanks for that! But I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a little girl! It is the best doll ever and a great crib buddy especially with a built in night light. She will use it to find her binkie in the dark. HA HA.
- Her Daddy. Every single time I take out the trash, as soon as Emma hears the Garage door close She screams, "DADDY!!!!!" thinking that daddy just got home.
- large legos
-Playing outside in our backyard full of dirt!
-riding their horse from Wo Wo and grandpa.
- Her Binkie and Silkie
-Racing
- the slide
- Being Chased
-Leap Frog Movies
-DRESS UP
-Dancing!
-Brushing her teeth
-bath time!

Singing ' Happy Birthday' to Emma

I tried to make a cute cake for her birthday party except I forgot to put frosting underneath the fondant. So it was kind of bare. Oh well.

We went to the Christmas "party" at our club house and the kids got to meet Santa. Jonah was super stoked but Emma...

She only sticks her fingers up her nose when she's either upset, scared, or going #2.

 She was not amused.

She finally calmed down when we bribed her with a candy cane.

She is a sucker for her grandparents. My dad is so good about spending time with them and picking him up Saturday mornings. Poor Emma isn't quite old enough yet and she just sobs at the door until they leave then suddenly she's fine again!

We sure love our little miss curly. She definitely keeps me busy, always one step ahead of me. Yet as energetic as she is, she still lets me know when it's nap time and time for bed and I appreciate her desire to rest. ;)
