As embarrassing as it is, I truly can't sew. I try and try so hard but it never looks quite right. That's why my hot glue gun is my best friend.
But I really wanted to at least try and make some baby shoes. So I bought a pattern, an easy well written pattern with pictures too! But of course for me, it wasn't easy at all. After five pairs of totally butchered shoes, two broken needles, and some major patience on my part, I finally was able to make two half way decent pairs of shoes. Can you tell I'm really proud of myself?Just don't look too closely.
That might be after she's born. I'm taking a break for now.

I don't sew, either, but you inspire me to try, and those are TOO CUTE! :D :D
You should sell those on Etsy. Seriously.
So so so cute!! Can I put in a request for some for when I have a baby girl?? Ü
WOW! SOOO CUTE!! OMG! I can't sew either! I was looking a couple weeks ago on youtube at sewing lessons and I just don't get it. when I was around 10 I took a couple summer classes where I was supposed to sew clothes for myself, and my teacher ended up doing most everything, I think all I did was cute and pin.
Cristin really should learn to make shoes since she is too cheap to buy them for her kids.. ha ha
You are so talented, Caitlin. The shoes are sooooo cute.
adorable! I might steal this idea... can't wait to dress my little girl either.
