Ikea opened in Draper Wednesday! I was planning on going opening day until I found out that there were over 100 people camping out in front of the store for over a week! One guy even quit his job just to camp out. CrAzY! I didn't even think anyone in Utah would know what Ikea was. But I guess they were giving free chairs to the fist 100 customers. Probably ugly chairs. So anyways, We decided to go on Friday instead of Wednesday, because by then all the fuss would die down right? Wrong! They had cones lining the street blocks away with signs the said'Event Parking'. Zach didn't believe that Ikea was the event. (this was his first experience at ikea) They had parking clear out in fields. So maybe it was a mistake to go that soon,..but I wanted my cheap ikea furniture etc. so badly!!! It was so crowded though. We were only there for about an hour 1/2 and I was exhausted from walking, I passed a pregnant woman in a wheel chair and thought, what a great idea! (she looked like she was about to pop though,.... even she couldn't wait for Ikea) . So all in all though, I think it was worth it, Zach sure had a great time doing 360's with their amazing shopping cart! We bought a 12 pack of new glasses for $5 , a lamp for $12, a rug $5, and a bed set for $30. It will probably all fall apart in a year or so but oh well! It's Ikea!!
They even gave out free cookie samples and sparkling cider!

Teddy Bear Soccer

When we have nothing to do, we come up with brilliant games to play around the house! Tonight, we made up teddy Bear Soccer! This is played with two people and a build a bear teddy that came with a small squishy soccer ball. Player one stands in door way as the goaly while holding the bear. Player two kicks the ball and tries to make a goal! I encourage everyone to play Teddy Bear Soccer! It's great entertainment for a night at home.

It's a Boy!

I had my ultrasound today! Very exciting, It was a suprise to some, we're havig a boy! Here are a few of our pictures

BORED

I haven't had morning sickness for a while. But of course, right when I actually think about the fact I've felt great, I get sick. So this morning I woke up at 7:00 am to get ready for school, I turned the shower on and the steam must have brought it on or something. I wont go into detail because I might vomit again writing about it. Anyways... it took everything in me to put on my very cute black ninja scrubs, and go to "The BL" (aka Bon losee but this is what all the hip girls are now referring it to, Thanks to The OC!) I guess I shouldn't have eaten that delicious yogurt because I only lasted for about 15 minutes before I had to call Zach to pick me up. I have learned: Not a good idea to take clients while nauseous. I normally would drop Zach off at work so I could have the car to run errands etc. but I thought no, you take the car I'm not going anywhere today. BAD IDEA! I'm so bored! Is this what its like being a house wife? I cleaned the house (apartment) so fast! But then I thought, no. I'm sure the baby will keep me plenty busy. Which makes me more excited! These next four months better go super fast! Today made me very anxious to be a mom!( I know what all you mom's are thinking: Enjoy this while it lasts)but I can't wait to take of a child..your child! It sounds much more rewarding than folding the laundry!
